Will accept USD-Cash or PayPal. Will not separate pieces. *Can Meet in Xenia at Shawnee Park* This is a (reproduction) 2-piece chain-mail armor set, made from steel (Not aluminum or plastic). Built in a classic 4-in-1 butted Maille pattern.
Perfect for the Renaissance Faire or LAARPING. Featuring: • Full-length hauberk (shirt) with cavalry split • Matching coif (hood) Bonus free extra: • Old-style steel helmet (no padding, roomy fit) Steel pipe armor stand (it’s not pretty but it works) Fits a large frame — roughly someone around 6 feet tall and 275 lbs. (give or take).
This butted-Maile hauberk is all one piece with no seams or closures — slips over like a heavy shirt. • This set is very heavy (around 40 lbs. total), but once worn, the weight spreads out nicely. • The coif can be pulled back like a hood. • The helmet fits larger heads; it looks shiny but is sheet steel, not aluminum. I made this set for a relative, it doesn’t fit me right — but I wore it for the photo to show how it sits on a real (chunky) person.
Note: Heavy items, weighs in around 40Lbs +, I might be willing to ship if you cover ALL shipping costs up-front. Sorry, but this is a heavy set of items!
